You can send News Messages manually from the Management Console. This option sends a News Message immediately from the IM server and does not depend on the scheduled date/time specified for it.
To send a News Message immediately open the News Messages view in the tree, right-click the message and select "Send now" from the pop-up menu.
You can also select "News\Send now..." from the main menu or use the 
button on the toolbar.

Click Yes to confirm sending the News Message. The Management Console will display a message box with the status of sending message.
