File Distribution. Assign tasks to a user
It is easy to manage File Distribution tasks assigned to users. For example, you add a new user account on the IM server and need to assign it to a list of currently running File Distribution tasks from one place.
To open the Manage distribution tasks for user dialog box, find and select the user account in the Organizational Units structure under the User Management section on the left. Right-click the account and select "Manage\Pending distribution tasks..." from the pop-up menu.
You can also click the Manage distribution tasks button on the User Account profile page or select "Account\Manage\Pending distribution tasks..." from the main menu in the Management Console.

Use the Add >> and << Remove buttons to move distribution tasks between the available and assigned task lists. You can also double-click on a task to move it between the lists. The lists show only currently running (working) File Distribution tasks on the server that have at least 1 pending recipient.
